As former president of the Universal X Corporation, I chose to further limit
my liability by resigning from the board, selling my stock in the
corporation, and becoming a salaried employee of the Universal X
Corporation. I now feel relatively protected, but it's difficult to explain
to fans that I'm not a member of the group.
