Chris,
Pirelli, Michelin, Firestone, Kleber, Goodyear and Continental are amongst
those who still have 145-SR13's for sale across here in the UK. There are
many other smaller makers but Continentals are a rather nice looking
asymmetrical tread one.
If you want any I'll get a price and sort out shipping them for you.
Individually, the Pirellis retail around $100 (oo!) plus shipping. They
drop to around $300 for 4. Continentals are around $5 cheaper for one and
$270-280 for 4 (still oooo!).
BUT - you'll still have a heck of a problem fitting them on the 14" rims!
