You're used to working on cars where they salt the roads!
Somewhere around Minnesota they stop doing that crap. Its nothing
to see a twenty or thirty year old car still on the road out here
that has never had any significant work done to it other than
things like shocks, brakes and standard tune ups... While i was
living in N.Y. State it was an occasion to see anything more than
5 years old without rust holes, UNLESS it was kept garaged during
the winter... That said, California and Arizona cars ARE
particularly well preserved, as surprisingly are vehicles in
IDAHO!
