IIRC, on a 74 the blinker flasher is with the hazard flasher.  Mine
were in the radio console.  When I pulled the radio console I just
tucked the wiring up under the dash and tied it to something.  I think
it goes on the hot side of the turn signal switch.
I may have some bits of that harness about.  I'll look around when I get home.
