[Spridgets] rear license plate mount on 70-74 midget

I have a late 74 that has the same license plate mount as a 75, but i want the 
look of 1970-early 74.  How are the license plate lights mounted to the split 
rear bumpers and how does the wiring travel through the trunk?  anybody have a 
picture?
