[Spridgets] bumper repair

Does anyone know of a shop that repairs bumpers? Local to the east but I
will send out if I have to. I have a few 2 on my Sprite 1 spare with small
pulls on them (probably from a tow chain) that I would like repaired
probably with a wheel prior to having them re chromed and figured it would
be better to repair the factory bumpers than replace them.
