[Spridgets] Arching Distributor

Removal of the plug wire to cylinder 1 causes arching from the base of the wire 
in the distributor to the nearest ground (cap holder).  The wires and cap are 
new, and the same arching occurs using an old cap and wires.  There is no 
arching when any other wires are removed.   Any ideas?
