If it looks like it's coming from the bell housing, it's the *so called* 
rear main lack of a seal.
PCV keeps the pressure down in the crankcase thus keeps the oil blowing 
out of the rear seal down to a minimum.
Tranny leaks could come from the side, front covers or tail shaft
