Two thoughts that might be worth looking at.
I saw a unit a couple of years ago in which the memory was actually
in two blocks and each one had to loaded separately.
Then are you sure that the music is being transfered in MP3 format
rather than some other audio file format.
These are long shots but seems I should offer some help other than
just ragging.
