Spridgeteers,
Just wanted to let everyone know that there will be lots of room for vendors
at the Inn at Grand Glaize, Osage Beach, Missouri, June 26-29, 2008. We
have a number already planning on attending with whatever wares they have.
Everyone is welcome from the big boys all the way down to someone who just
has a few Spridget parts to sell out of the boot! There is no charge for
vendors but we can't furnish tables..etc. It's strictly bring it yourself or
work off your tailgate.
If you have special needs as a vendor we will try to accommodate as long as
we have advanced warning. So don't be shy! Just let us know your special
needs.
Trailering a Spridget?? No sweat! We have lots of trailer parking on the
south side of the Hotel parking area. There is also a car wash available
there courtesy of the Inn at Grand Glaize. Oh! And there is free wireless
internet at the hotel!
If you think you might want to participate in the autocross, a helmet will
be required. We will have a few loaners, but you'll be more comfortable if
you bring your own.
The Inn at Grand Glaize is filling up fast!! There aren't many rooms left
so be sure and get your reservations in ASAP!!
Finally.... Don't forget to pre-register online at the website!! We can't
guarantee to accept your registration after June 1st so the price goes up
accordingly. Remember, your registration fee isn't profit for anyone! It is
all gobbled up with costs like insurance, permits, venue rentals, mailing,
postage and other event costs. Our event committee is all volunteer and
they thank you all for sending in your registration as early as possible...
