Hello,
I ended up drilling a hole on one side in the bearing cups in the middle, and
used a punch to push the oposit bcup through the hole that goes through the U
joint cross.
You can also bank on the cups from one side using a hammer and the appropriate
socket (just as a spacer) to help push/disloge the oposit cup.

G'day
Anyone have some tips on removing the (front) uni joint from the prop
shaft?
It isn't keen on moving and it needs to make way for the new front yoke.
Can I place a drift against the ends of the bearing cup and smack it good n
hard?
Is there a better way?
BTW...managed to move the engine/trans back far enough that a fan belt could
be convinced to pass between the balancer and front X-member.
Thanks for the tips!
Cheers
Andy
