[Spridgets] Tilt forward bonnet.

Is there such a think as a tilt forward kit??

I have hinge problems and need to change so I do not have to redo paint and
such. In addition I am too old to get under the bonnet for any length of time
absolutely kills my back..

Maybe drawings for the parts?
