Console Wiring questions

I'm thinking about putting the console back in my '70 Midget next 
weekend. Does anyone know which wires go to the cigar lighter and the radio?

Also has anyone found an inexpensive radio/tape player that will fit in 
the console? I had one in the '69 but it was really tight front to back. 
I don't want anything fancy or expensive, I don't plan on listening to 
it very much.
