I have a '65 Sprite... How is the speedometer cable routed from the gearbox to the gauge? It wasn't attached to my car when I got it, although the PO did give me a box o' parts containing the old rusty cable. The new one from VB appears to be about the same length... But it doesn't seem anywhere close to being long enough to route it up into the engine bay then back into the dash through the firewall. Am I missing something? |
