Well I am back from the shop with a fresh sleeved master.
Took about an hour, cost me 2 coffees and I had to do the glass beeding 
and reeming. Timmy pressed in the sleeves ($1.27 at the hardware store)
So for about $4 including coffee, I turned a 7/8 master into a 3/4 
master. Now to install it and see if it leaks.
