Bumper cars in Portland Oregon!

We got about 3 inches of snow this morning, all received at about 29-30
degrees, slicker than snot!

Take a look at this amateur video of some downtown streets!!  Ouch!  Ouch!

The fire truck arrived with chains on all 4 corners, parked in the middle of
the intersection and it promptly got hit by 2 cars before they backed it out
of the way.
