Uhh, was that a joke?
Does Regular Water (RW) vary in viscosity all that much between 32 and 212
degrees?
I would love to see the dyno results from an A series engine running SW
versus RW and see the net HP increase.
Does building something atom by atom really generate more energy than it
takes to do the building?  Maybe oxidizing Diatomic Hydrogen releases energy
but how much energy was used getting the Diatomic Hydrogen?
Are we talking about the by-product of a heavy water H bomb?
Or, did I just miss the punch line somewhere?
