It seems as if even some of those who have been the loudest in decrying
how man is despoiling the Earth are beginning to have second thoughts on
how serious it really is. A new UN "report" (do they do anything except
make "reports"?) entitled "UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change"
is now downgrading man's impact on the planet! As have some of the
previous detractors of the Global Chicken Littles, this new
investigation looks at historical patterns to come up with new beliefs.
