1275 Engine Value

I have a 1275 GT Mini engine that it completely taken apart, and in  storage. 
I have someone interested in buying it as-is, but I have no idea what  to ask 
for it. Would anyone here like to venture a guess as to it's value? This  is 
a typical "ran when parked" engine, that I no longer have any use for. I'm  
not sure if he wants the ancillaries yet, so I'll probably price those  
separately.
