I have ordered both from AH Spares and Moss Europe with no problem.
Parts delivered straight to the door within 3-4 days from order. Actually
faster than the US Moss VB etc.

I would take it up with AH Spares, maybe the filled out the customs ticket
incorrectly or BAX is just full of BS.
