Horn vs signals amendment

Ah, err, um..

So I let it all cool down, put a new fuse in postion #1, and....

and the horn and turn signals work.

Now, I know....that after I take this next drive I will likely come home 
with one or the other not working. (The typical being the horn..the luck 
being neither).

dunno, could be a short. Could be the fuse is slowly blowing? Maybe?
The dash works now too by the way.
