Hose Dressing??

Gonna put the cooling system back together today.

Can y'all suggest anything I ought to use to lubricate or
protect the inside of the hoses where they fit over the
outlets and cross-over pipe??

Should the thermo gasket have anything applied on either
surface?

OBTW - gonna leave the thermo out for now as it is still
awful hot down here.
