Rear Brakes

OK, I ordered two new boots for the new wheel cylinders.  Can you talk me 
through installation of the whole thing?  Does the boot go through the hole 
already on the cyl, or do you cover the cyl after you put it through?  How 
about the brake line connection, what are some good pointers to getting that 
hooked up?
Anything you say will be greatly appreciated.
