As I have done before, I will once again volunteer to be put to work
anywhere anyone desires. I will be attending the rally if it is
anywhere east of the rocky mts. It would be a "maybe" event for me if
it is farther west. I am also willing to do early legwork including
talking with hotels and venues about group rates, out of pocket travel
for site survey (if needed), pre-registration assistance of any
kind...etc.

The bulk of my rally experience is with motorcycles but the logistics,
planning, advertising... etc are the same. I have been rally chair
for at least 15 motorcycle rallys with more than 300 attendees each.
At one time or another I have done it all including all the early
planning, advertising, fund-raising, publicity, registration and
pre-registration, on-sight organization, sweating, worrying, cursing,
wrenching, belching, whining, moaning and groaning. So.....If you need
a scapegoat or whipping boy let me know...

FYI - I own a Midget so I don't belong to the bugeye list if someone
wants to forward this to that list, be my guest. Frankly,
owners/moderators of the bugeye, midgetsprite, Spridget, and other
related lists should insist immediately that all further discussion of
the 50th event be taken to "spridget50th@sprtiespree.org".

Way back when this discussion began, wanting to be helpful, I started
the Yahoo Spridgets50th group. There are only 37 members of that
group. Rather than muddy the water, I could happily take that group
down leaving future discussion to the spridget50th@spritespree.org.
To join this list and participate in the discussion, send an email to
"spridget50th-request@spritespree.org". Leave the subject line blank
and in the message body put only "SUBSCRIBE".

What else can I do?

Cheers!!
