Jim, I really do not think that reversing the polarity will affect the resistance readings of the rheostat. A rheostat simply varies the resistance, regardless of the direction of current flow. Resitors are not polarized. That said, I do not remember whether full or empty was ~0 ohms. David Lieb 1972 RWA Midget |
