The intially driven wheel (LH) is usually the culprit. My mech says normally no
need to
replace both. Had this happen thus far on
two Spridgets. Never had to replace the half-shaft on the right side on '74,
for life of car (over 125K). Happened on current Frog last summer. So far so
good on RH
side.
