I mean it's all out there. All you gotta do is
get interested enough to read a bit about
it as espoused by those doctors who've studied and written on the subject. :)

We get old, wear out and die. That's it.
On the way, there are symptoms we all 
suffer, in common. It's all pretty simple
and logical, really. No mystery.
