Hi, Mark...
I have late model "emissions" type HS2's on
my 1293 equipped Frog. The emissions tubes are not used and thus, capped off.
The vacuum advance "barb" is located on
the front carb., on IT'S "right side" which
is YOUR "left side" as you look at the carbs from the left side of the engine
compartment...looking down into the engine compartment. Tiny "barb" on
the exterior adjacent to the butterfly
within, beneath the "bell".
