Firstly, congrats gettin' back on the highway! :)
Compression indicates excellent health and
seating of compression rings to one extent
or another is either "there" or well underway for sure. Give it a couple of
hundred miles of short haul, normal driving
in accordance with breaking in a new engine before you panic....go one flat
leaner on the rear carb. and have another
look at those plugs in 50-100 miles or so.
Some engines use no/little oil from the beginning, some take a few miles for ALL
rings/valve guides to "properly/fully" seat.
Just break it in as you would a new engine and run the oil between the full and
add mark on the stick (checked "cold"). Do not overfill.
