Tough stuff Greg, this isn't a do-it-yourself repair. I've always had
good service from Nisonger somewhere in the NYC vicinity. My guess is
the $80 to $100 range....that's about what I paid for my last gauge
restoration a couple of years ago.

Hello All,

Is there any way to repair a temperature gauge when the bulb that goes
into the head comes off and all the magic fluid (ether or whatever)
leaks out? If this is not something that can be done in my garage how
much do you think it would it be to get it repaired and where?

Thanks,

Greg
