Eventually, The Thicko Palace at the Dream Farm will be set up for serious
homo club movie viewing. Plans are for a lcd projector capable of projecting
a very large screen image on an inside wall, with serious surround sound...
or, like an outdoor drive in theater... with cars in the parking lot, and
the movies projected on one of the 14' overhead doors.
I've been collecting auto related movies and video for years, and continue
to add to the collection.

I remember reading about the making of it... might have been in Popular
Science (a subscription I bought with my lawn mowing money)...
I also remember the Mad Magazine,(or maybe it was CARtoon?) spoof on it...
hilarious.

It is no loss if you do not have the VHS tape. You only see about
1/3 of what was on the screen in the theater. If it gets to DVD
hopefully they will not only get more of the image but also the
surround sound. Yes the original had surround sound as well as the
huge screen, cinamascope (sp?). It was absolutely great in the theater.
Yes I am really old.
