The master cylinder saga continues. As I was cleaning up from the master
removal job my phone rings and it's Apple Hydraulics. I got a very pleasant
guy on the line telling me he is going to built one special for me. It will
be sleeved this time and he says it will not leak. Now you would think none
of the ones they send out should leak, but I guess everything has some
failure rate (next one is my third). I'm just glad this is my car and not
one of my customers, because they always blame the installer not the part.
We would have to give back all the money for the job plus a years worth of
free oil changes and that still is never enough. At least they gave me a
follow up call and are going the extra mile to solve my problem. Time will
tell how long this one will last.
