tires

Hey All,

I know this has been hashed about before........ but I need some input 
on tires.

I need something in a low profile tire (something like 175/50R13 - (20" 
diameter) Tire Rack lists Sumitomo HTR 200 in this size.  Does anyone 
know of any others?

I also need a set of "cheap" tires to use on a future Spridget project 
has anyone any experience with Sears Guardsman III tires?  They are 
about 20 bucks a tire...........
