Last nite at 3.22:CDT (after I had left OE ON <F>), I rec'd a "notice" from
Comcast saying:
"we are sorry for the delay but have un-download messages for you." with a
"click here"

A Tad after 7:00AM, I "clicked". There was NO "cancel" d/l or any other sort
of thing BOX/Button, etc..
Soooooooo, the d/l started. Looked like it might be a few mts., so I went
back to kitchen to read newspapers.
Came back in around a hour or so: STILL D/Ling!!!!!!!!!!???????

YES, I jumped on the phone and got to talk to India (I think??). GIRL (by
voice WAS young) had no prob with giving me a "Supervisor".
Was there some sort of " 'splain please" answer?????
Guess!!! (I actually gave a quick notion to putting a Survey up on my site,
but NAH!!!<G>), couldn't take the bandwidth usage!!!!

PS: The reason this is "blind" is that I am also TRYING to cover a customer
base and a friend base. Have no clue what else to do!!!!
