There was great progress made on the car. It helps that Kevin has any part, any year, anytime in his basement. I have never made and welded in patch panels, so it was nice to learn on someone elses car :-) I shaved the reverse lights, parking lights, and fixed (sort of) a rusted out quarter panel. The food was good, sloppy joes and some really great German potato salad, that was made just like my moms. That stuff was great, I had at least 3 helpings. I think the one thing you can never have enough of is outlets, tools, and air hose. Of course you need a breaker panel and compressor that can support 8 mad men with power tools. And nobody lost a finger. The guy who runs the Oshit winds up being the runner, getting parts, metal, finding things, etc. On 8/16/05, Robert A. Of course I got there a bit late. |
