Chris.... Sounds like the valve has become contaminated with something which will not allow it to close or, the new parts have suffered a "mechanical" for reasons as yet unknown as, sad to say, new parts don't always work properly simply because they're new. There can be mfg. defects. Let us know what you find when you get in there. Cap'n Bob Basic Frog "new". |
