Engine and chassis ID plates

I know I have seen this topic before, can't find it now. There is a guy who
will stamp new engine and chassis ID tags, trying to find him, mine look
pretty bad. I understand from Peter that the engine tag rivets to the block,
like a blind rivet, anyone have a spec or source for the rivets?
