Bumper swap

Hey ALL,

A friend (Andy) stopped by today to ask how difficult it is to swap out 
the rubber bumpers on his 76-77-78 Midget for chrome bumpers.  His 
daughters like the chrome better.....

His car is in primer and is almost ready for paint so now is the time 
to do the swap if he is going to do it.  He has access to chrome 
bumpers from various years of Midgets and Sprites.

Have any of you done this swap?  Any hints or tips?
