Tow bar for a Bugeye? Opinions?

I've taken the front bumper off my BE and was thinking that the chassis mounts
for the bumper might be adequate for use with a tow bar that would be used
mostly for "around-town" towing with just a few miles at highway speeds.

Okay to do? Not such a good idea? An extremely bad idea that no one in their
right mind would entertain?
