A 550 Spyder or vintage 355 Speedster is
WAY too expensive for my pocketbook
and James Dean was like any other "kid"
with a few bucks in his pocket...and I
oughta know...I was just more lucky than
he! 

Like most other "young persons" driving
around in LBC's back in the late 50's/early
60's, I lacked the sort of judgement which comes with "seasoning". I was
simply
more lucky in terms of "circumstances
beyond my control".
