I think it would fun to ask the seller if he would accept a transfer of funds from money currently being held in Nigeria. The problem with funds being some taxes due to the government. He could unfreeze them with the payment of $3,000. If he would do that you would not only reimburse him, but are willing to pay twice his asking price for the car. David Oliner |
