Does an ammeter need a ground? I'm still dealing with PO wiring on my 1275 powered Bugeye. The current wiring of the ammeter has a wire from the battery (car is negative ground) to one terminal. the other terminal has a wire out to the fuse block and a wire out to the MSD ignition installed on the car.
