Warning with Rustoleum paint. It contains a fish oil and it DOES wrinkle
If not recoated with more Rustoleum in a certain time. (read the can)
2 days later is too long, 2 hours later is too short.
Same can of paint at the wrong time will wrinkle the 1st coat.
Never sand Rustoleum between coats.
I use krylon for these vary reasons.
