All the doors from 65-79 are the same with 2 minor changes along the way.
1968 or so they introduced side impact protection.
The steel plate inside the door like the one you have.
They also redesigned the the vent window latch, less pointed to protect 
the passengers. the lever went from pointy to more round.
The vent window is interchangable. The side impact door is not a bad 
upgrade either.
