Lacking honor and integrity for sure, also.
What is required (for a start) is TRUE
campaign finance reform....get rid of all
the corporate and personal money...
level the playing the field to begin with.
The electoral college does this in that
high population areas don't end up
electing the President...it "levels the
playing field" in this respect.
