most people who are "too tall" are having trouble getting their legs
under the steering wheel and in between the door panels.
the doors on a midget are like less than half as thick, and there isnt
nearly so much dash to intrude on your legs. the miata is a MUCH
tighter squeeze even NOW compared with 10 years ago.
