Jeff,

Put the car in gear (engine not running) and with someone sitting in 
the car with their foot on the clutch, rock the car back and forth as 
hard as you can. Some will recommend dropping the car off a jacked up 
rear end with the car in gear, but it can be dangerous or risky if 
you goof up.
