Next silly question. I felt the valve stems wiggle in the guides and
thought it might be more than I like. The face has a portion that
doesn't look like it's hitting on the seat, blackened instead of a
silver line. Since oil consumption is high, I figured stem seals while
it's out of the car. Is it as easy as the manual describes, knock ou the
old guide, knock in the new. The guides are cheap enough, or is it best
left for another time during a full rebuild?
Any easy method of removing the baked on crystalized crud from the valves?
