computer: NO LBC

Again I turn to the collective wisdom of the list(s), which has been most
beneficial in the past both in keeping the Yellow Peril on the road and my
computer up and running!:

Doe anyone know of a photo sharing website that gives photo posting privelege
and open access viewing by others?  The ones I have seen want a list of
allowed viewers...I want to post pics that anyone can look at.  TIA
