Hot wheel after bearing change out

Hi listers,
Quick question....  Is it possible to get a bad bearing or could of I tweaked
it when I put it in?  Replaced the passenger rear wheel bearing and get a
quite hot hub after 20 miles or so of driving.  Backed the brake adjustment to
nothing so it shouldn't be that.
